How to Use The Helpdesk
To ensure all communications are logged please contact us initially by starting a New Ticket above and enter the details in the form presented. Remember to attach any files if required (max size 20MB).
We will respond by email with a ticket reference number – please leave this reference in the email subject field for any further correspondence. Always reply to the ticketed email most recently sent from us concerning that specific query, or through this help desk.
You can view all your ticket history by logging in to the helpdesk.
For completely new queries please raise a new ticket.
If your query is urgent don’t hesitate to call us if necessary.
